Nartiang Monoliths is one of the largest and most impressive collections of ancient monoliths in India, located in Nartiang Village in the West Jaintia Hills district of Meghalaya, approximately 65 km from Shillong and 24 km from Jowai. These towering stone monuments, erected by the Jaintia Kingdom between the 16th and 19th centuries, stand as remarkable symbols of the region’s rich history, culture, and architectural heritage.

The site features massive upright menhirs and flat table-like dolmens, which were traditionally erected to commemorate kings, warriors, and important community events.
